From the first call to our office to the completion of your project, customer service is of the utmost importance. Although the manufacturing of wood trusses is our business, service is the secret of our success. Not only do we provide you with a knowledgable salesperson throughout the design and production process as well as direct delivery, but we also provide on-site support for any problems that might arise during the installation.

Process

• A customer service representative will assist customers by appointment or by phone.
• Once the plans and/or truss orders are approved by the customer, a truss technician will be assigned to fine tune each job to the customer's specifications.
• Your truss order is then sent to be designed and sealed by a Professional Engineer.
• Your trusses and panels are then professionally cut, aligned and manufactured with attention to detail and quality.
• Then, along with your shipping order, truss layout, seals and instruction packets, everything is placed on the truck to be delivered to the customer.
