Customer Service
Eastern Building Components has a dedicated team of customer service representatives ready to assist our customers with any and all problems, including questions about trusses, delivery dates and repairs. The customer service reps are able to diagnose our customers problems and place them with the appropriate individuals most equipped to take care of any and all questions.

For an estimate on your project or order, simply call 1-800-682-8835 and request a quote, or email quotes@ebctruss.com. Residential quotes go straight to the customer service, and commercial estimates are evaluated in their own standalone department.
